The emphasis of my practice is on preventative law, such as wills and trusts to help you avoid common problems in the future.  Estate planning is not "one size fits all."  Because your situation is unique, I customize a solution that suits your needs.

My practice also emphasizes probate and estate administration.  I recognize that administering the estate of a deceased loved one is a difficult time for the family.  So, I provide compassion, understanding and guidance to ensure that the process flows as smoothly as possible. 

Estate planning and probate are vibrant areas of the law, because they interact with many other areas of law, such as real estate, land use and zoning, contracts, family law, bankruptcy and taxes.  And because each case has its own unique issues, I thoroughly enjoy my work.
